Billing Cycle

Your payment method will be charged every 4 weeks from your initial subscription date. You will receive an email reminder before each charge.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions continue automatically unless canceled before the next billing date. Email reminders are sent before each charge to keep you informed.

Shipping

Subscription orders ship within 1-2 weeks after billing. You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

Management Options

You can adjust your subscription at any time through your account dashboard:

  • Skip upcoming shipments temporarily
  • Modify delivery frequency
  • Change product selections or pack sizes
  • Update payment information

Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date without penalties.

Important: Subscription orders are non-refundable once shipped, as our products are consumable goods.

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Log into your account
  2. Navigate to "Manage Subscription"
  3. Select the cancellation option
